Clams for the broth are supplied every day from Goheung, Jeolla Province. The dough for the kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) that goes into the seafood soup is made freshly and rested each morning. The noodle soup, made with fresh ingredients and tender loving care, is never going to be unpopular.
